Just clip them with baby nail clippers carfuly
If you have a rough stone like that in the cage it will wear down the tips of his claws. How much depends on how big the stone is and how much he walks or runs across it. I like to use large pieces for my basking spots, and it greatly reduces how often I have to trim their nails.

Just clip them with nail clippers.
Use a pair of baby nail clippers and only remove the very sharp tip of the nail. See diagram:
