  1. Nobody has the right to take away anything from anybody else regardless even if they’re in this country by legal or illegal means. If legals do not have the right to take somebody’s identity to better themselves why should illegals?

  2. No 1 has a right to hurt another person.

    Who did these men hurt?

  3. NO… absolutely not. There is *NO* excuse for it.

  4. No, they don’t.
They should try to come over here legally, that way, they’ll not have to steal other people’s identity’s.

  5. Unfortunately there are a lot of people out there who would tend to say, Leave these poor people and their lying, identity theft, fraud, use of false documents, and illegal border entry alone: they’re just decent people trying to work!
In my view, most of them ARE just decent people trying to work, very nice people, but no matter how nice you are and how much you need work, or how hard you work, you can’t go casually breaking laws to suit your purposes.

  6. Obviously, from reading the articles that you cite, they’re going to be punished for these acts.
I am puzzled that you feel the need to ask us if they have a right when it’s obvious that no 1 – neither illegals or citizens – has this right.

  7. How many times do people need to answer this question? You asked once, are to ask five more times? To me its comprehendable why anyone will do it (citizens or not), but it does not mean it was right.

  8. illegals have no rights at all. they’re breaking the law by being here illegally. they’ve the right to remain silent any thing you say my be held against you in a court of law.
