  1. There are a lot of factors that can dictate the cost. If the area is already cleared and that you want a 4 concrete slab I would figure around $1,200-1,500. Now, if it is hard to get to (i.e. back yard and concrete truck can’t pull up and dump, there are trees in the way, steep hill to climb, etc.) the the cost will be higher. You need to provide more details regarding your situation and what type of patio you want…. concrete, pavers, flagstone, wood deck, etc.

    An example I often give when someone asks me how much something will cost before any design has been done is I do not know, how much is a car? Think about it. Do you want a $11,000 Hyundai or a $70,000 Mercedes? Both provide transportation but the costs are very different.
