I dont think you need a license if you dont need a permit from your HOA.
You need a contractor’s license to pour concrete in your wife, so I figure you need 1 to do the driveway too.BOOOYAH!
You are then the contracting home owner and you don’t need a contractors license. You may need a two permits. Depending on your city`s permitting laws. One for the demolition of the driveway and 1 for the concrete pour.
no , but what you need is the knowledge to do it right…you dont just dump concrete between a couple of boards…
